आपका  मास्क  अच्छे  से  लगा  होना  चाहिए  ताकि  उससे  आपका  मुंह  व  नाक  अच्छे  से   ढका  हो।

हेलमेट  ऐसे  लगा  होना  चाहिए, जिससे  आपका  माथा  क्लियर  रहे,  जो  लोग  इस  इंस्ट्रक्शन  का  पालन  नहीं  करेंगे,  उन्हें  सतसंग  से  एक  महीने  के  लिए  अलग  कर  दिया  जायेगा।
