An Ambrosial Discourse
delivered at Bhopal by Param Guru Huzur Prof. Prem Saran Satsangi Sahab
in the evening of 25.6.2015 during Satsang Tour

Do you people perform PT (Physical Training)? Those who come to PT regularly and others too, may learn Yogasans. Four days earlier, International Yoga Day was celebrated all over the world. India has succeeded in bringing its invaluable contribution of Yoga to the world stage. But, if the efforts of Yoga practitioners are confined to securing bodily well-being, its benefits would be very much meagre or limited. The Rishis and Munis taught Yoga practices in Vedas and Upanishads in ancient times. Those Yoga practices and Yogasans would give you spiritual benefit too. But they cannot take you to Pure Spiritual Region. That is the sole legacy of Sant Mat only. The Yoga practices of ancient India would take you to Sunn which is the top Region of Brahmand or at best to the Region of Maha Sunn, the Region between Brahmand and Pure Spiritual Region. The Sahaj-Yoga, Natural Yoga practice of Sant Mat can be performed by every one and it can take not only up to the Region of Para-Brahma, but also through the six sub-divisions of Pure Spiritual Regions, to the highest Region of Radhasoami Dayal, the Radhasoami Region. Radhasoami Dayal is All Pervading (Omnipresent), All Powerful (Omnipotent) and All Knowing (Omniscient) Supreme Reservoir of Spirituality. But Radhasoami Dayal is Formless, He has no contours, no colour, no form whatever, and it is not possible to perform devotion to a Formless Being. Radhasoami Dayal proclaimed the Radhasoami Faith, Sant Mat, 155 years ago by incarnating in the Form of Param Purush Puran Dhani Soamiji Maharaj in this world. He explained the method of Surat Shabda Yoga, uniting the spirit with the sound and made it known to all. And this legacy is with you people only. (contd.)
