Simran is Given so We May Purify our Mind

"We have to purify our mind and the body will automatically get purified as a result. The Masters, to bring about this purity, have given us Simran and we should do more and more of Simran. It is not necessary that we have to sit and do Simran or only meditate and do Simran. We should do Simran at all times — while we are walking, while we are traveling, while we are cooking food, or while we are eating food. So, wherever mind is idle, we should try to do Simran. With that, the mind starts getting purer. And once the mind becomes purer, the body automatically becomes purer. The soul is, anyways, pure. So, in that stage, the upward attention automatically starts happening and the soul starts going up automatically."
