बसन्त' दयालबाग, भारत व विदेशों में सभी ब्रांचेस में शनिवार ०५ फरवरी, २०२२ को मनाया जाएगा।
एहतियात के रूप में, सभी सत्संगी २०२२ बसन्त को अपनी - अपनी ब्रांचेस /सत्संग हॉल / एरिया सत्संग/माइक्रो प्राइवेट ग्रूप्स / व्यक्तिगत रूप से मनाएंगे और इसके लिए दयालबाग, आगरा की यात्रा नहीं करेंगे, सिवाय इसके कि इस एडवाइजरी नोट में बाद में प्रदान किया गया है और इसके लिए कोई बाध्यकारी निर्देश जोकि केंद्र सरकार/राज्य सरकार/ लोकल सरकार के अधिकारियों के अधीन आता हो । ऑडियो / वीडियो प्रसारण (मौजूदा दिशा - निर्देशों के अनुसार) ई-सत्संग कैस्केड के माध्यम से उपलब्ध होगा।
१) हर एक सत्संग ब्रांच से केवल ५०% एलिजिबल उपदेश प्राप्त सत्संगी जिनकी आयु ७० वर्ष से कम हो, और ब्रांच सेक्रेटरी द्वारा फिट प्रमाणित (बिना खांसी, सर्दी और बुखार के लक्षण) हो, वही बसंत २०२२ के अवसर पर सेवा के लिए दयालबाग आ सकते हैं। हालांकि, खांसी, जुकाम और बुखार से पीड़ित लोगों को अपने ब्रांच स्तर पर सेन्टर - इन - चार्ज / ब्रांच सेक्रेटरी / रीजनल सेक्रेटरी या रीजनल प्रेसिडेंट के माध्यम से मेडिकली फिट प्रमाणित होना होगा।
i) ऐसे सत्संगी (बसन्त - २०२२ के लिए ५०% श्रेणी) जोकि परम गुरु हुजूर साहबजी महाराज के भण्डारे (०६ फरवरी, २०२२ से १० फरवरी, २०२२ तक) के लिए नॉन परमिटिड जॉन से दयालबाग आएंगे, उनको स्पेशल केस के रूप में फरवरी - २०२२ के भण्डारे में भाग लेने की अनुमति दी जा रही है।
ii) हर एक सत्संग ब्रांच से केवल ५०% एलिजिबल उपदेश प्राप्त सत्संगी जिनकी आयु ७० वर्ष से कम हो, (जिन्होंने बसन्त २०२२ में भाग न लिया हो) सभी होली २०२२ में भाग लेने के लिए अनुमानित होगे।

‘Basant’ will be celebrated in Dayalbagh, all Branches in India and abroad on Saturday the 5th February, 2022.
All Satsangis would, as a precautionary measure, celebrate 2022 Basant in their respective Branches/Satsang Centres/Area Satsang/Private Group Satsangs /individually and would not travel to Dayalbagh, Agra for the same except as provided subsequently in this Advisory Note and subject to any binding directions of the Central/State/Local Government Authorities. Audio/Video transmission (as per extant guidelines) would be available to them through the e- Satsang Cascade.
1. Only 50% of the eligible Initiated Satsangis of each Branch below the age of 70 years duly certified by the Branch Secretary who are fit and without symptoms of cough, cold and fever can come to Dayalbagh on the occasion of Basant 2022 for seva. However, those with cough, cold, and fever will have to be certified medically fit at the Branch level locally through Centre In-charge / Branch Secretary/ Regional Secretary or Regional President.
i. Such Satsangis (50% category for Basant-2022) who are from non-permitted Zones for February-2022 Bhandara of Param Guru Huzur Sahabji Maharaj, as a special case, are being permitted to attend the Bhandara commencing from 06.02.2022 upto 10.02.2022 and stay at Dayalbagh.
ii. The residual 50% Initiated Satsangis of permitted zones would be eligible to attend Holi-2022.Initiated Satsangis of permitted zones attending Basant-2022 shall not be eligible to attend Holi-2022 at Dayalbagh.
