*Subject* Request being recieved for Medical Arz
During Arz, it has been indicated that many Medical Arz requests are recieved from Branches and it is desired that Branch Secretaries should first check the mail coming from their branches in this regard.
It was decided by the team of Doctors connected with Medical Arz that Branch Secretary should first give DEMEX and SOP advice for relevant disease to the Satsangi brothers and sisters at their respective branches. If after following the guidelines given in DEMEX and SOP they still feel Medical Arz is to be done, they may send an email to medicalarz.sah@gmail.com or amodkumar1@gmail.com.
Such of the emails recieved for Medical Arz will be evaluated by the medical team and if found in order and eligible, be presented to Gracious Huzur. It follows that that not all of the matters in the mails be presented all the time.
All Branch Secretaries are requested to make an announcement to this effect in their respective Branches at least on 2 or 3 consecutive Sundays and ensure a careful complaince.

*सब्जेक्ट* - मेडिकल अर्ज़ सम्बन्धित अनुरोध
अर्ज़ के दौरान यह संकेत दिया गया हैं कि सतसंग ब्रांचेस से ज्यादातर मेडिकल अर्ज़ / ईमेल्स प्राप्त होते हैं और यह इच्छित हैं कि ब्रांच सेक्रेट्रीज अपनी ब्रांचेस से आने वाली ईमेल को रिव्यू करें।
मेडिकल अर्ज़ से जुड़े डॉक्टरों की टीम द्वारा यह निर्णय लिया गया हैं कि ब्रांच सेक्रेट्रीज पहले सतसंगी भाइयों व बहनों को अपनी - अपनी ब्रांचेस में सम्बन्धित बीमारी के लिए डिमैक्स और एस.ओ.पी सलाह दें। यदि डिमैक्स और एस.ओ.पी में दिए गए दिशा - निर्देशों का पालन करने के पश्चात भी उन्हें लगता हैं, कि उनकी मेडिकल अर्ज़ / ईमेल्स की जानी चाहिए तो वें medicalarz.sah@gmail.com व amodkumar1@gmail.com पर ईमेल भेज सकते हैं।
मेडिकल अर्ज़ के लिए प्राप्त ऐसे ईमेल्स का मूल्यांकन मेडिकल टीम द्वारा किया जाएगा और यदि ईमेल्स को सही और योग्य पाया जाता हैं, तो उन्हें ग्रेसियस हुजूर के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा। यह इस प्रकार हैं कि ईमेल में सभी मामलों को हर समय प्रस्तुत नही किया जाएगा।
सभी ब्रांच सेक्रेट्रीज से अनुरोध हैं, की वो कम से कम २ से ३ बार लगातार रविवार को अपनी - अपनी ब्रांचेस में इसको एनाउंस करें एवं सावधानीपूर्वक शिकायत सुनिश्चित करें।
